Hailo launches innovations at the interzum

For over 70 years, Hailo has stood for products that make everyday household chores easier. Comfort and convenience are the key aspects that characterise the presentation by the "company with the red dot" at the interzum 2019: realistic solutions for the kitchen, bathroom or utility room with intuitive user handling that represent a true added value. Hailo is internationally successful with these solutions. The products made by the Hesse-based family-owned business are sold in more than 80 countries. To a significant extent, Hailo's success is based on quality and on the trust experts and consumers have in the brand. In late 2018, this trust was confirmed by two awards that were added to the many other prizes Hailo has collected over the course of the company's history. The fact that many consumers immediately think "Hailo" when they think of aluminium ladders and associate the brand with safety, top quality "made in Germany" and also products that are extremely comfortable to use motivated the expert jury from the ZEIT group of publish-ing companies headed by publisher Dr Florian Langenscheidt to award the Haiger-based company the title "Brand of the Century" for the sixth time. Hailo also impresses in the kitchen area, as confirmed by a consumer survey conduced by magazine TESTBild and data collection market research agency Statista. The brand guide published in issue 03/2018 of TESTBild is the result of a survey of more than 5,000 hobby cooks and kitchen fans. The rating criteria included aspects such as quality, durability, functionality & handling, design & feel as well as "value for money".
Head of business division Hailo Built-in Technology Martin Mies considers particularly the latter award to be an important seal of approval: "We aim to identify the needs of the consum-ers and to develop our products on the basis of these needs. People who use our products day in, day out confirming that they meet this aim is the best accolade of all!" Hailo will be travelling to the interzum, the world's leading supplier industry trade fair, with a range of innovative new products – as well as classics from its product portfolio that have been completely re-designed .
